Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Paul Johnson

Paul was born in Detroit, Michigan and has lived in the Oakland County Michigan area his whole life. As a child his parents always had new camera equipment and took family and vacation pictures at every opportunity. They began with print film and then slides. After leaving home and marrying his wife (Marietta) He began buying good point and shoot cameras and then upgraded to adjustable cameras but never really got serious until after a small gathering for their 25th wedding anniversary when none of the pictures came out. Shortly thereafter their first grandchild was expected. In preparation for this event he bought his first Nikon SLR camera a N70 and a 28-300 lens.
